The Levinson is a $24.4 million mixed-use investment in the heart of downtown Noblesville, Indiana. Uniquely suited to meet the city’s needs, The Levinson includes 75 market-rate and ten workforce-housing apartments, 5,000 sq. ft. of commercial space, and a two-level, 300-space parking garage.
The Barlow is a mixed-use development in downtown Plainfield, Indiana, and the first project in the town’s Downtown Redevelopment Plan. It is a four-story building with 116 apartments, more than 3,000 sq. ft. of commercial space on the first floor, and a 154-space surface parking lot.
Main Street, Speedway
The proposed Main Street redevelopment project in Speedway, Indiana is planned to encompass the majority of the 1300 block on the west side of Main Street and includes two, three-story brick buildings. Built in two phases, each building will offer 6,000 sq. ft. of retail and 6,000 sq. ft. of office space on the first two floors. With residential condos on the third floor, the mixed-use project includes a large roof-top deck that overlooks Main Street and offers an extraordinary outdoor space to entertain and enjoy.
