McCord Square is a planned master development in collaboration with the Town of McCordsville and Pride Investment Partners. The 48 acre development is located on S.R. 67 and Mt. Comfort Road and creates a new town center for the community.
The development set forth to achieve several goals identified in the McCordsville Town Center Development Plan, including the creation of a community gathering hub with connectivity throughout downtown and existing neighborhoods.
