Founders Square continues Rebar’s Speedway impact with a dynamic blend of residential, commercial, and civic space. Strategically located along Main Street, it amplifies connectivity, fosters walkability, and builds on the district’s revitalization momentum.
Founders Square is a master development collaboration with the Town of Speedway to redevelopment an important, under-utilized parcel along Crawfordsville Road and 1-465.
A listening session with the community of Speedway was held during planning and many of the amenities town residents requested have since built and located to the 25 acre development.
With the majority of the development, including public infrastructure improvements to surrounding thoroughfares, were completed in 2023, Founders Square welcomed Founders Square Senior Housing in 2024.
