Noblesville officials and Rebar Development on Friday officially opened The Levinson, a $25 million mixed-use project. The Levinson provides the first new apartments in downtown Noblesville since 1915. The Levinson is a public-private project between Rebar Development and the City of Noblesville. Hagerman Inc. and Edwards-Rigdon Construction built the project and garage.
