EXCITING UPDATES COMING FROM 1300 BLOCK

In May 2021, Rebar Development and the Town of Speedway broke ground on 1300 Block in the heart of Main Street in Speedway, Indiana. The $6.5 million investment is a mixed-use development that offers the first home ownership opportunity on Main Street—bringing penthouse condos and condos and apartments on the second floor.  

Already announced, LePeep and Vine & Table will occupy commercial space at 1300 Block, leaving approximately 1,500 square feet still available.  

With construction well underway, all four penthouse condos have been purchased. Currently, the second floor condos with spacious floor plans and the same modern finishes are available for purchase, but demand has been strong. These units won’t last long!

CONSTRUCTION UPDATE 

Currently, all building foundations for 1300 Block have been completed and the main building slab is 50 percent in place. The remaining 50 percent is being coordinated with the future ground floor commercial tenants. Inside of the building, concrete block walls will begin shortly and wood framing will follow. 

Outside of the building, asphalt for the main parking lot has been laid. The foundations for the garages have been poured and the slab has been placed. Framing of the garages will begin in the coming weeks.
